This left a significant opening in the roof, exposing the interior of the house and raising concerns about weather damage and potential animal intrusion. Very responsive and reliable, Aspen came out within a day or two of our request for a quote. Used drones as well as a roofing expert as needed to asses any damage after the tough winter. They were so accommodating and helpful and even pulled a couple of their roofers from a big job to complete our work in time to have it inspected. It couldn’t have been a better experience. We’ve gone with another slate service roofer before and found they were so unresponsive and Aspen is a breath of fresh air.
