Roofing Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Roofing Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of roofing projects. The Roofing Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, a go-getter mentality, and be able to handle multiple projects at once.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate roofing projects, including managing crews, ordering and scheduling materials, and communicating with customers
- Inspect, measure, and estimate small roofing, gutter, and skylight jobs as needed
- Ensure crews have all materials, tools, and other items needed to complete the job in a way that meets high quality and timeliness standards.
- Be the “day-of” point person to ensure project goes smoothly
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues that arise during the project
- Monitor and manage project budgets
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and employees
- Enter all project information into company CRM and track progress on a regular basis
- Provide project updates to management on a regular basis, both formally and informally.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of roofing experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory or project management role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be customer service oriented and have sense of urgency
- Proficient with standard computer programs (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.) and ability to learn and use web-based CRM, estimating, and planning software.

Sheetmetal Mechanic
Job duties
- Fabricating and installing all Sheetmetal related products (metal roofing panels, gutters, downspouts, edge metal, flashing, custom pieces, etc)
- Gutter and downspout repair and replacement
- Custom metal fabrication projects as needed
- Other roofing work when required
- Maintaining shop equipment and managing metal shop area in a clean, organized, and safe manner
Experience:
- 2+ Years roofing experience including at least 1 year of Sheetmetal fabrication and installation experience (gutters, downspouts, flashing, metal panel roof systems, custom sheet metal, etc.). This position requires both metal fabrication in the shop, and field work installing and repairing metal components of roof and gutter systems.

Roofing Foreman
Overview:

Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and work alongside roofing crews to efficiently and safety complete jobs, while maintaining a high quality of work.
- Install and repair all types of roofing systems (shingle, slate, rubber, TPO, built-up, metal)
- Gutter and downspout repair and replacement
- Other roofing and metal shop work when required
- Prepare and submit job paperwork and crew timesheets on a daily basis
- Prepare written reports and check in with Project Managers on a daily basis to update on job status
- Guide and train crew on technical roofing and safety procedures
- Regularly talk to customers on site, and be able to clearly explain job details in a way that reflects Aspen Roofing’s superb customer experience.
Experience:
- 3+ Years roofing experience with increasing skills and responsibilities, and at least 2 years as a roofing mechanic. Ability to lead roofing crews and also complete work independently and without constant supervision. Experience with both steep slope and low slope roofing is a plus. Experience with shingles, rubber, slate, and metal work/gutters is beneficial.

- Reliable transportation to and from Peabody, MA
- Ability to read and understand plans and drawings
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not a requirement
- Must have your own basic hand tools required for roofing
